New year and new champion.champion is England..ashes are now there but still a long way to go.It is a special ocassion because they did after 24 years.Last time it was michael gatting this time andrew strauss but Iam feeling bad for australia because they are losing there identity as a champion now they have to do lot of things.They started with Allen border, Steve waugh and Ricky ponting but something went wrong.They loss there star players like Adam gilchrist, Matthew hayden and many more.I still remember how they won 16 test in a row, I still remeber how they chase big win, I still remember how they won 3 world cup in a row 1999, 2003 and 2007 I still remember how they loss ashes 2005 in England there decline started in year 2005 only and they realise it later but everthing has PDLC life cycle so it applied to game of cricket and Ausralian team also.They are losing now but punter should not be blamed every member should be blamed and they must understand that there time is over and last but not the lest for england team enjoy but always remember it is just a start still a long way to go because world cup is coming.Cong to Andrew strauss, KP, Alistar cook, Ian bell and every member of team.party till your feets dont get pain.Enjoy the victory.

Iam writing my blog after so many days....wow a great experience....iam learning lot of things in those days..today i have finished reading 4 book one book talk about philisophy book name is wont you join the dance by osho book main theme is love eveyone human being, animal, rock , stones etc etc...god resides in ourself not outside..dont go outside and search it. search inside and you get it .mediate your thoughts, your feelings and mediate your experiences also. another was short stories written by jefferey acher.book name is and thereby hangs a tale.last story was superb.It was a love story of jamwal and nisha.true indian tradition love story where boy parents was not accepting the girl but jamwal and nisha both have shown lot of courage and made a good love story.what i like about this love story was it was full of romance and it started on a traffic light.yes they fall in love waiting for a traffic light to turn green.woow a great love story.third book name is nine lives by william dalrymple.it is all about India sacred places.Book take you all those places which you never think about like sindh, ladakh, ujjain,kannur etc.book talk about history,tradition,culture,god and religion etc and 4th talk about personal change book name is the 7 habits of highly effective effective people.book talk about what makes a champion...I think books give you lot of knowledge..book give you expecience..

innovation

Today i will going to talk about innovation.I think every one knows the importance of innovation and what is innovation is all about.So i will going to talk about something different. When we talk about innovation we always give the example of apple, dell, Toyota. Why are we giving the example of these organization have we ever think answer is our mindset provoke us to give the example of these organization but now time had come to change our self. we got Indian example also in the form of tata nano, videocon d2h, dabbawala and many more.So always remember innovation comes from youth it comes from how we see the product how we relate the product to our self and one more thing how we sell our product in this competitive world.
